Masculinity

I am repulsed by what passes for 'masculinity' in today's America. Whatever happened to the likes of Alexander the Great and world conquerors, fearless moral crusaders, and men who lived and died like men. The men of today couldn't even dream of becoming such figures. In todays America, all these weak men can do is fear about their penis size and lift weights and watch men jump on top of each other in football games. Unfortunately, this perverted and fucked up sense of male personality has spilled over into the females sense of what is to be accepted as strong and real in men when it is in fact quite false and illusionary. All these men can do is drive their hideous, obese pick-up trucks and idolize foolish people like Larry the Cable Guy. Of course, not all men are like this, I don't beleive most are, must I believe this sentiment is spreading more and more as the years go by. In todays America, 'aint bein' a fag' and trying to understand the homoginized scraps of real men of the past is what passes for masculinity. How pathetic, how weak, how fucking boring.
